Article Abstract
Unenhanced FLAIR images are of more value than spin-echo T2-weighted images for the diagnosis of intracranial meningeal carcinomatosis. Contrast-enhanced FLAIR images can sometimes surpass contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images in their quali ty.
